Toern is a SaaS solution enabling online shops to send returns peer-to-peer directly to the next customer. With this software, online shops can significantly reduce their environmental impact by up to 1.8 kg of CO2 per transport route, as well as packaging materials and costs of up to €20. The returned goods are checked for quality based on an algorithm and then offered to new buyers at a discounted price via API in the online shop. The toern software thus utilises the existing traction of the online shop, giving customers the choice of purchasing a more sustainable product variety.
